Accessibility Statement

Last updated: July 9, 2026

LittleNest AI is committed to making our platform usable by everyone — including educators, families, and children's advocates who rely on assistive technology.

Our commitment

We aim to conform with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA. For users in Ontario, we also work in line with the Accessibility for Ontarians with Disabilities Act (AODA) and its Integrated Accessibility Standards Regulation.

What we do

  • Design with sufficient colour contrast, clear typography, and readable line-length.
  • Support keyboard navigation and visible focus states on interactive elements.
  • Provide text alternatives for meaningful images and icons.
  • Use semantic HTML landmarks (headings, main, nav, footer).
  • Test with modern screen readers and keyboard-only flows.

Known limitations

Accessibility is an ongoing process. Some third-party embeds (for example: our scheduling and payments providers) may not fully meet WCAG 2.1 AA yet. Some newer AI-assisted screens are still being audited. We are actively working to close these gaps and welcome feedback.

Requesting accommodations or reporting a barrier

If you encounter an accessibility barrier on LittleNest AI, or if you need content provided in an alternative accessible format, please email accessibility@littlenestfinder.com. Please include the page you were on and a short description of the issue. We aim to respond within 10 business days.
