Terms of Service

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter a binding contract under Canadian law.

You're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity on your account. Tell us right away at hello@littlenestfinder.com if you suspect unauthorized access.

We are a platform that helps parents discover daycares and helps daycare operators manage inquiries, waitlists, and documentation. We are not a licensing body, regulator, or guarantor of any daycare's quality, safety, licensing status, or staff conduct. Parents are responsible for independently verifying a daycare's license, safety practices, and suitability through their provincial childcare authority before enrolling.

Daycare owners are solely responsible for the accuracy of their listings, including licensing information, availability, pricing, and descriptions. We do our best to remove clearly false or harmful listings but cannot verify every claim.

Some features generate draft content (learning stories, activity suggestions) using AI. All AI output is a draft only. Educators must review, edit, and take responsibility for any content before sharing it with parents or families. We are not responsible for inaccuracies, inappropriate content, or omissions in AI-generated drafts.

You agree not to: submit false information, impersonate others, scrape or harvest data, attempt to circumvent security, or use the Service to harass any user or daycare.

Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis. You can cancel anytime; cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. Refunds are handled case by case during our pre-launch period — contact hello@littlenestfinder.com.

We own the Service, our brand, and our content. You keep ownership of content you submit but grant us a limited license to host, display, and route it as needed to operate the Service.

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We don't guarantee uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, or any specific outcome (such as inquiries, enrollments, or business growth).

To the maximum extent allowed by Canadian law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

You agree to indemnify us against claims arising from your misuse of the Service or your violation of these Terms.

We can suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. You can stop using the Service at any time.

These Terms are governed by the applicable laws of Canada and the province in which we are established. Disputes will be handled in the competent Canadian courts of that province.

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be announced on our homepage. Continued use after a change means you accept the new Terms.
